Your privacy is the foundation of Sanad. The app is built to run entirely on your device, with no account and no connection to our servers. This policy explains what we collect (almost nothing) and how we handle your information.

1. Who we are

Sanad is a self-help and peer-support app for people recovering from harmful habits. Sanad is not a medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or emergency service. Sanad is a product of Rakeeza.

2. Data we collect

We collect no personal data. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number, and there is no account sign-up. Everything you enter in the app — quit date, clean days, mood and craving check-ins, notes, and settings — is stored locally on your device only and is never sent to us or any third party.

3. No tracking, no ads

We use no analytics or tracking, show no ads, and never sell or share any data. The app contains no advertising identifiers.

4. Images and gallery

When you create and share an "achievement card," you may choose to save an image to your device or share it. That image is generated on your device; we do not access your photo gallery and do not upload any image to our servers. The save-to-gallery permission is used only when you tap "Save image."

5. Notifications

The app may show reminders and encouraging notifications on your device. These are handled locally and do not require sharing your data.

6. Children

Sanad is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the legal age.

7. Deleting your data

Because everything is stored locally, you fully own your data. You can delete your journey from within the app at any time, and uninstalling the app removes all your data from your device. We hold no copy of it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any update will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
